The Biden Administration plans to issue $7.5 Billion in grants to states to create a national network of electrical vehicle charging stations. The Department of Transportation  has expressed an interest in placing some EV charging stations at the interstate rest areas.  DOT sought comments from the public on creating this national network. The National Federation of the Blind and NABM submitted comments.
