National Association of Blind Merchants and National Federation of the Blind’s Entrepreneurs Initiative (NABM/NFBEI) will award a Randolph-Sheppard vendor and vendor in training an Entrepreneur of Excellence Certificate upon completion of a two-part series of online Hadley courses and modules. Individuals who earn the certificate will be recognized at NABM’s Business Leadership and Superior Training (BLAST) conference, or at its annual meeting held in conjunction with the convention of the National Federation of the Blind. You may also present the certificate as proof of continuing education for your upward mobility requirement. Work with your state to recognize the Entrepreneur of Excellence Certificate as a continuing education upward mobility requirement.
You are eligible to enroll in the Hadley-NABM certificate program if you are age 14 or older, you are blind or meet vision eligibility requirements and you can understand courses written in English at the high school level. All courses are tuition-free. There is no charge for course or module materials. Your only cost is your commitment of time and diligence.
