Susan has worked with over 8000 boards across the U.S. and Canada teaching board members how to use the fundamentals of Robert’s Rules of Order as a TEAM building tool to get more work done.

Susan is a loving, powerful, committed woman passionate about helping women to lead both at home and in the board room. She is a Certified Speaking Professional & Confidence Coach as well as the creator of “The Confident Woman Program” and co-host of the “Happy Married Chicks” podcast.
